Intending to travel to the philippine islands,do i need and vaccinations? Are they compulsary? I have phobia about needles. I fly to Manilla and continue to Visayes islands and probably Cebu.

You would definetely need an immunization against hepatitis A, but you are protected for 25 years after 2 shots. Uou dp probably not need malaria pills, but check our map of malaria in the Philippines here:
